For the past 20 years, we have machined, finished, inspected, and delivered aircraft oil tank systems for a global aerospace manufacturer. From the beginning, we collaborated with our OEM customer on part design to ensure their casting was designed for manufacturability. 

When product and tooling design were finalized, our intimate knowledge of the part not only provided strategic value in machining, finishing, and delivering the part. It also allowed us to partner with the foundry to monitor for process changes that might impact casting quality such as targeting, core setting, or tool wear. This collaboration has yielded a very successful partnership in ensuring quality is maintained throughout the supply chain.
